Project Overview
Design of a corporate e-voting system for large companies, with a focus on security, process transparency, and detailed results analytics. The platform was developed under an NDA to facilitate board of directors votes, shareholder meetings, and corporate surveys with varying levels of confidentiality.
Problem
Companies conducted offline voting, which required participants to be physically present (average turnout was only 45%); the vote-counting process took up to three days; there was no option for remote participation for international teams; and the risk of manipulation and human error during the count reached 12%. The old systems did not meet modern information security requirements.
Solution
Designed a secure platform with multi-factor authentication, featuring the ability to create polls with flexible settings (open/anonymous, time limits, quorum), an intuitive voting interface with confirmation of selection, automatic real-time counting, detailed analytics, and export of results. Implemented a role-based system (administrator, moderator, participant) and a complete audit log of all actions to ensure transparency.
